Prospectus established in 1991, is Ireland’s leading independent strategy consultancy, assisting clients to build strong and sustainable organisations with our knowledge, experience, creativity and innovation.  

Prospectus focuses on offering clients a full range of strategy services which include the assessment of strategic options and the development, planning and implementation of innovative strategies at all stages of their development.  We also assist clients in reviewing their current governance and management structures and systems and ensuring that they have suitably aligned structures and systems to enable the successful implementation of their strategies and that are in compliance with good practice. We provide these services to clients in a range of sectors including the public sector, third and fourth level education colleges, research institutes, healthcare, religious congregations, not-for-profit organisations and the philanthropy sector.

CREDENTIALS

Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate - Anglo-Irish Province
Prospectus assisted the Anglo-Irish Province to develop a strategy for "Refounding the Province." The process involved an extensive consultation process with Oblates and their lay partners.

Little Company of Mary
Prospectus worked with the Provincial and her councillors to review the Order's strategic options in relation to Mount Carmel Hospital. Following the decision to sell the hospital, Prospectus also managed the sale process for the Order. We also reviewed the corporate governance structures in their Milford Care Centre facility.

St. John of God Hospitaller Services
Prospectus worked with the Provincial and their leadership team to develop an overall corporate strategy to outline the focus of work for St. John of God Hospitaller Services for the period 2007 - 2013.

Religious Sisters of Charity
Prospectus designed the new corporate governance structures required to merge a Major Academic Teaching Hospital and an Acute Private Hospital under a single Board structure. We also worked with the Sisters of Charity and Boards of Management of the two hospitals to implement new governance arrangements.

Sisters of St. John of God
Prospectus project managed a process to assemble relevant information and views to enable the Leadership Team evaluate their options and make an informed decision regarding the closure of a school.

We are currently assisting two religious congregations to exit their involvement from nursing homes and help identify suitable buyers who will continue to operate them as nursing homes.
