Prospectus Strategy Forum

The Prospectus Strategy Forum on STRATEGY IN CHALLENGING TIMES was held in January 2010 and was attended by over 50 individuals in leadership positions in their respective organisations representing many of the key sectors of the economy. The event included ideas and insights from Prospectus and a keynote address from Shane O'Neill- Chief Strategy Officer of Liberty Global.

Prospectus ran a seminar for the not for profit and philanthropic sectors on Tuesday the 30^th of January 2007, from 4-8pm in the Royal College of Physicians.

Approximately 40 people attended, including: CEOs, Chairs and Board members of medium to large not for profit organisations; senior staff of philanthropic foundations (including Atlantic Philanthropies, Ireland Funds, One Foundation); senior public servants with an interest in the sector.

The Health Management Institute of Ireland hosted the 21st Congress of the European Association of Hospital Managers on 31st August 2006 in Trinity College Dublin. Prospectus with our partners in the Eurogroup Consulting Alliance were delighted to be Gold Partner Sponsors for this exciting event, the first to be held in Dublin.  

With a theme of "Healthcare and Hospital Management in Transition", the congress explored the professional challenge of healthcare management in Europe. There was a particular emphasis on the pivotal role of the healthcare manager in the planning and delivery of healthcare services. Speakers were drawn from experts in healthcare management across Europe as well as from academic institutions. Prospectus spoke on Leadership and Change Management in Hospitals as an introduction to one of the Programme Sessions. The congress also provided a useful opportunity for networking amongst colleagues across Europe.

The 7th Eurogroup Consulting Alliance Bank University was held in Paris on the 8th & 9th of June 2006. The Bank University was jointly organised by eight European consulting firms, including Prospectus, all members of the Eurogroup Consulting Alliance.

The objective of the University was to provide an opportunity for senior banking and finance professionals from across Europe to meet and share their experiences and views on key banking issues.  This year the specific theme was "Innovation in the banking and finance industry" and three large Irish financial service institutions were guests of Prospectus at the university.
