As the quality of the people working in Prospectus shapes the quality of the service provided to clients, the Prospectus team is made up of energetic, dynamic and results-driven people. They are people with initiative and imagination, who think on their feet, analyse problems and solve them creatively, and who have the knowledge, authority and presence to communicate their ideas. They display a positive, outgoing and results-oriented attitude, excellent communication skills and a desire to operate in an exciting and challenging environment.

At Prospectus we have developed a clear and rewarding career structure for all consulting staff. A typical career path for a consultant who joins Prospectus from university would involve moving from consultant to senior consultant to manager and potentially onwards to associate director and director. Many Prospectus staff joined from other sectors at various stages of this career path. Prospectus also offers opportunities for internships.
