As the quality of the people working in Prospectus shapes the quality of the service provided to clients, the Prospectus team is made up of energetic, dynamic and results-driven people. At Prospectus we have developed a clear and rewarding career structure for all consulting staff. A typical career path for a consultant who joins Prospectus from university would involve moving from consultant to senior consultant to manager and potentially onwards to associate director and director. Many Prospectus staff joined from other sectors at various stages of this career path. Prospectus also offers opportunities for internships.
