Welcome to the Prospectus website.
Founded in 1991, Prospectus is Ireland's only management consultancy firm focusing purely on strategy development and implementation. We specialise in advisory services to individuals and organisations in the following areas:

Prospectus is a founding member of the Eurogroup Consulting Alliance, a pan-European alliance of leading independent management consultancies. The Alliance is represented in nine countries across Europe, employs over 700 consultants and has an annual turnover in excess of €120m.
Prospectus offers totally independent and objective advice, as the firm is owned by the Directors.

Prospectus Strategy Forum
Wednesday 20 January 2010
This strategy forum will bring together leaders from many different sectors of the economy to consider ideas and insights on strategy that could make the difference in 2010.
The event will include:

- Keynote address from Shane O’Neill – Chief Strategy Officer of Liberty Global
Shane is President of Chellomedia, Liberty Global’s content division and responsible for LGI Ventures, the group’s investment arm. He previously worked at Goldman Sachs, Macquarie Bank in Sydney and at KPMG in Dublin. He is a member of the Advisory Committee of the NTMA and is a visiting lecturer to INSEAD’s MBA program. He is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin. More recently he was a founder of the We Belong Campaign.
